ROLE DESCRIPTION:

 This position is with a State Farm Independent Contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.  Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required by the agent.

You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. 
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Self-Motivated
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred but not required
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer

  • Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm

  • Exam/Class Cost Reimbursed*
PROCESS FOR OBTAINING LICSENSE*:
  • Schedule Pre Class with Kaplan Financial or any Test Prep Provider
  • Class for P&C and L&H is 3 full days. To the best of my knowledge these are still offered virtually. Once class is completed and satisfactory score obtained on cumulative practice exam you will then be able to schedule with PSI for State Exam. 
  • Once State Exam passed you will then have application for P&C or L&H submitted. Issuance is typically pretty quick. Please be sure to check site for additional information. 

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
